The username I want is already taken!

Many usernames are unfortunately already taken by existing members, so you will need to choose one that is unique. Adding numbers may help make your username more distinct. Please also note that if you have been a member in the past, your username may be in use by your old account. I submitted my order, but the website says that my card is not accepted by your banks!

We accept Visa and MasterCard credit and debit cards, but many pre-paid cards will not work. If your debit or credit card has been refused, it may be because your bank has declined the international transaction. We recommend that you contact your bank and inform them that you are making an online, international purchase and ask them to remove any blocks they have in place. Is my credit/debit card billed discreetly?

Yes. Neither the site name, nor anything at all to do with the content of the site is mentioned on your credit-card bills, only the name of the discreet biller itself.

When does my membership expire?
